Architecture Review
We look at how the app is organised, where the weak points may be, and what needs attention before the product becomes more serious.
AtomIQ Technologies helps founders who have built a working app with AI tools understand what they have, what needs attention, and what to do next. In three focused advisory sessions we deliver:
For founders using Replit Agent, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, v0, Bolt, or any combination of AI tools.
AtomIQ Technologies Pty Ltd, founded by Gail Macleod, advises founders who already have a working app built with AI tools. The engagement is three 60-minute sessions: an architecture review, a market assessment, and a final roadmap. Fixed packages run from USD 3,750 to USD 14,500. A free 15-minute discovery call confirms the fit before any payment.
This is strategic guidance for the stage after the build. It is not a code audit, not legal advice, and not a promise of funding, growth, or launch results. Founders in South Africa, Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom can book.

You have used AI tools to build something real. Maybe it is an MVP, a SaaS product, a workflow tool, a marketplace, an internal platform, or an AI-enabled service.
The first version exists.
But now the questions are different.
This is the normal messy point after an AI build.
AtomIQ Technologies helps you step back, see the system clearly, and make the next decision with more confidence.
Strategic guidance for the stage after the AI build.
This is not a code audit. This is not legal advice. This is not a generic mentoring call.
It is a structured advisory package for founders who need experienced, practical judgement before they keep building, launch publicly, raise capital, or spend more money on development.
We look at how the app is organised, where the weak points may be, and what needs attention before the product becomes more serious.
We look at the customer problem, target market, positioning, value proposition, and what still needs to be validated.
You leave with a clear view of what to fix first, what to test next, and what not to waste time on yet.
You get direct guidance from someone with architectural systems thinking, brand strategy depth, and real AI product-building experience.
Three-session advisory packages for AI-built apps.
Every package includes three 60-minute advisory sessions.
No open-ended consulting. No hourly creep. No surprise invoices. No public performance promises. Just structured guidance, clear thinking, and a practical way forward.
For simple MVPs, single-feature tools, early prototypes, and focused app concepts.
Includes:
Good fit if: Your app has one main user type, one main workflow, and limited complexity.
Book a Free Discovery CallFor SaaS products, multi-feature tools, workflow apps, AI-enabled service platforms, marketplaces, and apps preparing for launch or customer growth.
Includes:
Good fit if: Your app has multiple features, more than one workflow, early customers or users, or you are preparing for launch, funding, or commercial growth.
Book a Free Discovery CallFor larger AI-built applications with multiple user types, integrations, subscription models, automation layers, operational complexity, or commercial risk.
Includes:
Good fit if: Your app has several moving parts, multiple stakeholders, integrations, payments, dashboards, automations, or a business model that needs careful thinking.
Book a Free Discovery CallSome builds do not fit neatly into three sessions. If your app needs a broader review, more sessions, team involvement, or follow-on support, a tailored package can be scoped after the discovery call.
A clear, simple process to get you the clarity you need.
You book a 15-minute Calendly call and answer a few short questions so I understand what you have built.
On the call, we look at the size and complexity of your app and confirm whether Small, Standard, Complex, or a tailored package is the right fit.
You receive a Calendly link for the correct package. Payment is collected securely through Calendly (powered by Stripe), and your three sessions are booked at the same time. You receive a receipt automatically.

Gail Macleod
I trained and practised as an brand architect, which shaped the way I think. In architecture, every element has to work together under real-world conditions. Strategy matters. Context matters. Weak points matter. The whole system has to hold.
Today I apply that same architectural systems thinking through Qy, the agentic AI system I built for AgencyIQ, combined with 30 years of brand strategy and marketing execution.
I later built a 30-year career in brand strategy, innovation, packaging, and business systems. I founded Stratcom, co-founded the Global Local Branding Alliance, and worked across international markets with major brands and growth businesses.
Today, I bring that same architectural and strategic discipline into technology.
I founded and built AgencyIQ and Qy, applying system-led thinking to AI product environments where brand voice, workflow, publishing, analytics, learning, and operational readiness all need to connect.
That is why AtomIQ Technologies exists.
AI tools have made it possible for founders to build faster than ever. But building the app is not the same as knowing whether the product is ready, whether the market makes sense, or what the next move should be.
I do not offer line-by-line code reviews. I help founders step back and understand the bigger system: structure, risk, market readiness, positioning, and the practical roadmap forward.
The aim is not to make things more complicated. The aim is to make the next decision clearer.

No. AtomIQ Technologies does not provide line-by-line code review, penetration testing, cybersecurity audits, or technical due diligence. The focus is strategic guidance: structure, risk, market assessment, and next steps.
This is for founders who have built a working app, MVP, SaaS product, workflow tool, marketplace, AI-enabled service platform, or internal tool using AI development tools.
It doesn't matter exactly which stack or combination of AI tools you used (Replit Agent, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, v0, Bolt, etc.). If you used AI to accelerate building a working prototype or product and now need strategic clarity on what to do next, this is for you.
Yes, if you prefer. We can record the sessions so you can focus entirely on the discussion rather than taking notes. You will also receive the structured Prioritised Action Plan at the end of the final session.
